How do I download a Tele-Seminar?
-Log on to the Tele-Seminar Archive using your username and password.
-Find the Tele-Seminar Event you would like to download.
-Right-Click (Windows) or Control-Click (Mac) on the “Download Now” link and
click on “Download File.”
How do I access the Tele-Seminars?
-Become a member and you will receive the telephone number, your Username and your Password via e-mail. Then, you can listen to the events live or access the Event Recordings from the Tele-Seminar Archive.
When are the Tele-Seminars?
- The Tele-Seminars are hosted on the first Tuesday of every month at
6:00 pm PST or 9:00 pm EST
What if I miss the Tele-Seminar?
-Don’t worry! You can log into the Tele-Seminar Archive and download the Tele-
Seminar to be listened to at any time, over and over.
How do the FAQ Friday Bonus Tele-Seminars work?
- Members can submit questions through the Tele-Seminar Archive section up to two weeks before the first Friday of each month. On the first Friday of every
month, some of the most interesting questions will be answered and made
available to our members.

How do I become a member?
- Go to the “Membership Info” page and click the “Add to Cart” icon below the
program that you would like to become a member of.
My credit card doesn’t work.
-Check the address you are using and make sure you use the billing address for that
card OR try a different card. If that doesn’t work, contact us and we will help you
make the transaction manually.
Is my credit card going to be charged monthly?
-Yes, Gold, Platinum, and Inner-Circle Monthly Members will be charged on a recurring basis, each month, until cancelled. Gold TRIAL Memberships will transfer to active Gold Tele-Seminar memberships after 90 days and will be charged on a recurring basis as such.
How do I cancel my membership?
-E-Mail us and we will cancel your membership immediately. Your access to the Tele-Seminar Archive will be terminated, and you will no longer receive the access codes to the live Tele-Seminar Event.
We believe that Rondeau Tele-Seminars will deliver the best and most informative learning experience through exciting and inspiring Tele-Seminars. If after your first Tele-Seminar you do not feel the same, we will gladly refund your money and cancel your membership.
